He has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of orthopedics, traumatology and neurology. Specializes in functional diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions and musculoskeletal problems.
The main focus of his work is optimal recovery after musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries, back, low back and neck pain, peripheral nervous system disorders, joint disorders and sports injuries. He uses an individualized therapeutic approach to restore movement, to reduce pain and to improve patients’ quality of life.

Dragostina Grancharova is a certified rehabilitation specialist from the Medical College in Sofia and is part of the team at the PhysioArt clinic. She provides physiotherapy consultations for musculoskeletal problems. Her posture consultations are particularly popular, with a careful assessment of individual characteristics and clear, doable correction exercises that fit into everyday life.

Dragostina is a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, has been practicing yoga since 2012 and actively teaches at the Yoga Vibe studios in Sofia. There, she leads group classes that are distinguished by a therapeutic and relaxing effect and are for all people who have difficulty finding motivation or are unable to exercise independently at home. Her greatest pride is the “Golden Age” group with ladies who are in blooming health because they are particularly regular in yoga practices, despite the fact that their average age is 75+ years.

In 2015 she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and in 2017 with a Master’s degree in Industrial Management at University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy- Sofia. In 2024 she graduated in Pharmacy at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. As part of the PhysioArt team, she provides information and support to patients during their recovery process and their journey to better health.
She believes that an integrated approach combining physiotherapy, pharmacy and natural methods is the best way to help the body recover. Offers advice on safely combining physiotherapy with medicines and supplements for healthy bones, joints and muscles.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in “Kinesitherapy” at the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski” in Sofia and specialized in the master’s program “Kinesitherapy in Neurology and Psychiatry”. She also holds a professional qualification degree as a Pilates instructor. Her professional interests are focused on working with herniated discs, neurorehabilitation and diastasis recti recovery, as well as pelvic floor exercises – both in the postpartum period and after gynecological surgeries. She is also interested in aesthetic care, relaxing massages and anti-cellulite procedures. With a very careful and individual approach, she puts exceptional effort into her work with patients.

He graduated with a degree in Physiotherapist from the Complutense University of Madrid. He completed internships in some of the largest and most professionally developed hospitals in the Spanish capital, as well as an internship in a private center for kinesitherapy, orthopedics and sports rehabilitation in Brussels. He has experience working with children, neurological cases, postoperative recovery and sports injuries. He completed additional training in lymphatic drainage techniques, integrative pediatrics, foot and ankle injuries and treatment, kinesiotaping, clinical assessment and treatment of low back pain, foundations and techniques for treatment according to the Bobath concept.
Her interests in the professional environment are related to the treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, sports injuries, spinal dysfunctions and pain, diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system. He has an individual approach to his patients, monitors progress and ensures the achievement of positive results after each therapy.

The name “PhysioArt” comes from fysis (nature), articulatio (joint) and art (art). We opted for the colour pink, which is associated with hope, and orange-the personification of warmth and positivity.
We strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere where our patients feel relaxed and cared for. We approach everyone with individual attention, care and friendly support.
